 Program 4: Teambuilding cooking class –cooking show –bonsai animals Farm $28/pax (8-20 people),Great time with friend ,family and colleagues

-          Start Ho Chi Minh 8:00 am – Ho Chi Minh Cooking Class 9:30 am

+ Visit Vietnamese Medicine Garden, Mushroom House (9:30am-10:30am)

·         Divide big group into small group  and find down team leader in each group (1 chef will lead the group with team leader )

·         Understanding how vegetables and mushroom  use  for medicine and cooking

·         Understanding  the basic ways to make mushroom and baby ingredients

·         Picking up vegetables and Mushroom use for cooking

            + Team Building cooking class and cooking show (10:30am -12:30pm)

·                     Demonstration the dish on front of customers

·                     Give Out Recipes for team Leader

·                     Team Leader will divide different jobs for their members

·                     The group will image with all ingredients that they have and try to work as fast as they can follow the timing and will use all their skills to do the best decoration and best flavour following by cooking mission and their images  in  each group

·                     Each chef will mark opposite their team and find down which group win following score card about fastest ,best decoration ,best flavour

·                     Listening  and see the professional chef  to show up their skills and  cook for you  3 dishes and 1 desserts  and then  enjoying what chef has done for you

·                     Congratulations time with feedback from chef and receive nice certificate with recipes  and  some souvenirs  with group won

-          Visit Cu Chi Tunnels (not include entrance fees $4)(12:45pm -2:30pm)

      

·         Watching a presentation video

·         Getting to see the tunnels and discover how these tunnels were constructed and how its habitants combat two forces: the invading troops and the tunnels itself.

·         Visiting Hoang Cam's smoke-less store, secret hide-outs, fighting bunkers, and many dangerous booby traps.

·         Trying gun shooting with real bullets (fees not included)

·         Tasting boiled tapioca, drinking hot tea.

-          Visit Biggest Bonsai ,Animals Farm (3:00pm-4:00pm )

·         Discover thousand Bonsai, Orchid, Kumquat, Cau, and many kind of plants for office, companies and projection

·         Discover huge fish about 120 kg and many big fishes, many kind of birds, chicken, dog, tortoise ….

The Tour will be the end on Ho Chi Minh City about 5:00pm
