Wonderful Trip on Amazing cooking class program on Ho Chi Minh City

Start at 7:30 am in HCM City to Ho Chi Minh Cooking Class at 9:00am

Getting off the Car, Everyone welcomed by beautiful Vietnamese traditional hat with lovely staff from Ho Chi Minh Cooking Class

The Head Chef, Mr Tan read out the menu today and divided the big group about 15 people into 5 groups and gave them specific ingredients they need to pick up on the garden

Starting Visit Vietnamese Medicine garden and mushroom house .Everyone has great opportunities to listen chef, Pharmacist and Biologist to explain about herbs and spices .How do they use for cooking and how do they use for medicine ? .Also the Biologist  explained the basic process to make the mushrooms and benefit they bring for health and economic .

Finishing explanation from Head Chef .Everyone has a great opportunity to become real farmer to pick up all nice fresh ingredients on the garden use for cooking .Wonderful time to touch and smelling organic vegetables and mushrooms.

Finished challenges on the garden .Everyone moved to next section .Time to become professional chef and cook with all the ingredients they picked up on the garden following great instruction from master chef

Everyone is really exciting to hear and do the cooking class, Understanding well about how to keep nutrition when they cooked and also understanding how to get nice flavour on food with rich nutrition .So delicious food with nice decoration and great smell

Finishing Hands on cooking class, everyone has lovely time to enjoy great fruits in Vietnam such as Mangosteen, banana, soursop, rambutan, quava, water plums, tamarind, Chinese apple….

Finishing whole cooking class about 12:30 am .Everyone got on the car and moved to Cu Chi Tunnels where they can discover a great history about Vietnamese people how can they survive with thousand bombs from American? Amazing Tunnels with 200km long linking together .Therefore Even American Solider put lot water or dogs inside the tunnels But They could not find Viet Cong Local .Everyone also has a great time to try gun shoot and watching many kind of base equipments  use for fight from Local hand made

Finishing Cu Chi Tunnels  at 2:30 pm .Everyone keep moving on the Biggest Bonsai And Animals Farm with over 300 years Tradition .There are so many beautiful Bonsai and lovely animals such as Huge Fish over 120 kg “can eat people ‘’,”Miracles Trees fruits making all The Food become nice and sweet’’,4000 kumquat trees, 7 kind of cau…… Also everyone has a great time to listen engineer explaining how they grow up bonsai and design it become nice? And so many things else that everyone never see before .It is really exciting garden

Finishing the beautiful and lovely bonsai, animals garden about 4:00pm .Everyone Keep moving on Lovely Restaurant “ Cassava Root” .Amazing restaurant with lovely technique from local traditional  house and wonderful to see 1000 birds on amazing trees to welcome  on entrance door .Getting inside the Restaurant ,everyone has a time to relax after working a lot on Tunnels and Bonsai with fishing time .Relaxing and getting the fish on fishing rod .So Nice and big fish gave out for kitchen making a nice dishes 

After enjoy nice dishes from the fish and many famous local foods on restaurant .Everyone need to say goodbye with all amazing things on the day .Getting so many things unbelievable with lovely people and landscapes

Getting back on the hotel at 7:00pm but everyone still feel something left in their minds .They really want to go back on next time

Thanks Ho Chi Minh Cooking Class program gave everyone a wonderful trip with amazing experiences on their lives
